I love couch coop but I also love when friends don’t use my bathroom 😂
I’ve been using ps4 remote play for the past 3 years and it’s not performing very well. And I connect from another room in my house... multiplayer is out of the question because once every 5 minutes It freezes for one second.
I renamed my base but didn’t try to rename planets yet. And I did use the dualshock for it.
Just tried it in VR on PS4. Controls need some getting used to. But the resolution is so low, you cannot read anything in the cockpit. I hope Hello Games will optimize it more on PS4 to have a bigger resolution. Edit: i use the motion controllers
I cannot wait to do it in about 3-4 hours when I’m home. I’m thinking of starting from scratch because from the patch notes this looks like a totally new game anyway.
Finally something interesting to do in this game...
It’s too expensive at €15 per month and you can only play old games. I would consider buying at €3 per month (that’s the value I percieve).
I think most of the people will play other’s creations while only 2% will create full experiences. That’s why they have a featured section. Making a game is a loooot of work
While that looks promising and I’m sure the author had fun doing it, it’s less than 1% of the game. It took 8 hours to make one of the props in the level. At that rate I suppose games will be made in years.
Before downvoting please consider:
- options menus
- load/save game
- shooting and other main mechanics
- weapon models with distinct animations and audio
- special effects
- AI
- NPCs with their own animatio...

A normal desktop computer without monster specs (not for gaming) costs more than $500 where I live. $500 is quite cheap if you count what specs ps5 will have. How do they manage to cut costs so much? I mean... it will have ray tracing! How much does a ray tracing graphics card cost right now?

Well, I could live without the disk... 95% of the games I own are digital. If you would be able to trade digital games like you do with disks, would you mind that it has no br player?
Impressive stuff. But if you spend time making these stuff at least make something that’s not already on PS4. Or do something completely original. Or do Half Life 3! 😝
