I was a Konami football fan since ISS and loved the Pro Evo games to bits. FIFA 08 made me think twice and 09 was utterly sublime. Gotta give EA its dues, 09 was a great game and innovative too. Be a Pro and 10 vs 10 were great additions.
I played Pro Evo briefly a few weeks ago and it seems primitive in comparison.
