If BG3 doesn't win its a travesty. I don't think I've seen a game as innovative and so well acted. The amount of voice work they must have had to do is nuts.
Not just about power. It has detachable controllers and that's a massive plus.
It's not even the best of its portable PC type, that would go to the Legion GO, nevermind every handheld ever.
Yup it was definitely a challenge but it'd have been better for hard mode to be unlocked from the start if they were tying a trophy to it
The Hard Mode trophy was more ridiculous for me. I hate when games want you to play a story based game twice.
It's a story game, why would I replay it once I've played the story when I can move on to something else. You didn't like the story, I thought it was fantastic.

I dont think anyones comparing it to the PS5, more to the PS4. Tbf given it runs at average 45 fps at 900p on the PS4. You'd think it'd run at 720/30 on the switch with similar graphics settings. But this seems like a huge downgrade fidelity wise even from the PS4 given they've had extra months to optimise. It's still gonna sell a ton.
Yikes that's a downgrade and a half. Still gonna be the #1 seller from now past Xmas though
But it doesn't play PS games, that's the point of getting this.

@petebloodyonion using Crisis Core wasn't a great example as that only sold 5 or 6% on Xbox. And SE went directly to both Sony and Microsoft about FFXVI. It was only on Sony because MS didn't want it enough
I have a voucher and was planning on getting it. As soon as I saw it doesn't have those...absolutely not. It makes no sense.
I do like this but given it's marketed towards the PS5, it doesn't have haptics, not only that isn't doesn't even have vibration for PS5 games but it does for PS4 and PC...that's just stupid and makes it a never buy. And it also doesn't have adaptive triggers.

Xbox, no. That 5% of sales was doing nothing. Switch could be argued but what 2012 looking game would we have gotten then? It'd have ruined it. And it was nothing to do with XVI in the first place
