Everything is just as important as graphics or gameplay. A developer must seek balance when making a game, they must balance the gameplay with the graphics, story with the environment, characters with everything in the game. Making a game is def not easy, and seeing games like Uncharted 2 and Mass Effect 2 recently, it gives me hope for the future of gaming. And picking sides and saying "Uncharted 2 is crap!" Just because you do not have a PS3? Or "Mass Effect 2 is crap!" ...
Completely different world. Check.
Completely different characters. Check.
Completely different story. Check.
Completely different game. Check.
Different title. Not check.
The only thing that is missing is a new title. If this was called Infinite or something, you people would immediately say OH LOOK A NEW IP YAY.
When you first step foot into Bioshock, you become immersed in a world that you have never seen or experienced before, it is something new and something very eerie and creepy... Doing it a second time just doesn't work.
I am glad they are changing it around, hopefully it maintains the atmosphere and of course the game already looks like it has a stunning atmosphere and story. Can not wait.
Damn. Long wait :( hopefully it will be worth it.
And more...
Except play Uncharted 2 and Little Big Planet. Is why I keep the PS3 on my shelf.
For anything. PSN Plus has a monthly payment, and it pays you back with certain things. World of Warcraft gives you an amazing server and many updates. Halo could give you free map packs, and a bungie pro account for free, maybe an even more advanced editing tool, I think it would be worth it.
When I smoke weed with my buddies my house fogs up pretty bad...
As a Halo fan myself, I would pay monthly to play. Halo offers a good server and system, many patches and updates, custom maps with forge and the upcoming forge world, user videos/montages and pictures, an option to upload the videos/pictures to the internet, free occasional maps, glitch free gameplay, multiplayer balance, very fum double exp weekend playlists, and much more.
With a monthly subscription, I would assume map packs would be free, and more money would be spent on...
But everyone who thinks the 5 kill perk (archangel) will be 1st person controlled is a fool. You know how hard that would be to those casuals? They are obviously going to dumb it down and make it lock on to a person or the 10 year olds are not going to play the game.
So you rather wave your hands around then sit calmly and use a Dualshock 3? Have fun. And Kinect is a scam anyways.
Whatever the outcome, Wii already wins because with Wii you have to use motion controls, and for PS3, you get a choice. But for me, I would choose a controller, which is why I don't support this motion support garbage anyways. The money could be going to exclusive titles.
And it is growing.
My 1999 PC can run Mafia 2 better then the PS3 can, you should really stop supporting the developer so next time they will learn to try harder with the PORTS.
But in all seriousness, I built my new gaming rig for the upcoming year, and this game is one on my top list, looks beautiful.
Funny article. Nice read.
But I loved Final Fantasy Mystic Quest.
We all know the first goldeneye was amazing. Now imagine, you are going to play the same game, but not be as amazed as you were before, because goldeneye was the first of it's time. Now we have amazing visual games, amazing gameplay, in games like Mass Effect 2, Uncharted 2, God of War 3... Need I say more? Worst of all, this game will be coming to the console with the least power out of all 3, this game won't even be 720p and have way below standard graphics we have seen.

In real life, with my onyx black Audi R9. Cost me nearly a whole paycheck.
And still am. I currently have a Super Nintendo play it all the time.
Liked it, bought it the next day, play multiplayer everyday.
Uncharted 2.
I KEED I KEED.
Quake :P
Those droid phones will never be able to best Apple and the iPhone. Especially when jailbreaking exists.
