But people who are modding now it does not matter for. Think about it, if you have a jailbroken PS3, you can download any game. So if Sony tries to update your console the people can just cancel the system update and simply not play online and get any free game they want.

Games like Call of duty MW2 were obtained before the release date, and everyone who played before the release date had their xbox banned. I would not dare download this game!

My computer can run any game at max on my 42'' at 1080p, even crysis. I ran the benchmark it ran fine, but it said my score was very low? I'm sure it has something to do with DX or something because there is no way I will be running that game at low haha.

It seems like you believe anything multiplatform can not be great. I disagree. Take a look at Mass effect 2, or Oblivion, or Bioshock, or even Fallout 3. Three of these games have won GOTY awards. Is that not great enough for you?

My surround sound for my PC is 7.1 and I have a sound card to support them aswell. I have been looking for a headset recently with a mic however, nothing too expensive.

Like I said before. The original was amazing because it was new and not experienced before on consoles, and the graphics were good aswell at the time. This looks like we have played the same game 30 times before and the graphics are ugly.

Diablo 3 will not be out for a while still anyhow, I will bet money that DS3 will be out before Diablo 3. Blizzard are amazing PC developers and put 110% effort in polishing their games. Yes, it has been in development for a long time, however, it will be worth it once it is released.
