how that guy was able to find a job after that it's beyond insanity.
omg these people are always so insecure.
after reading his comments on the gamergate thread on neogaf I knew this was gonna happen sooner rather than later. Now no one will be able to chain this beast.
And wow, I just took a look at his patreon and he's already at $5,000 a month in only 24 hours! That's even more than what IGN, the biggest VG website, pays to their editors.
let's wait for NPD, it's gonna be fun.
without Uncharted 4 next year is gonna be pretty dry exclusive wise again.
The Order, Bloodborne and Persona 5 (not exclusive) are the only games confirmed for next year as of now. Meanwhile MS has a pretty sick line-up of exclusive Triple A games all releasing through the year.
I don't know what is the insistence of purists looking for excuses like if a remake could make the original game disappear. Just play the original then and let other people play the new one, if there's ever a new one.
has someone posted the article from Kotaku where they confirm the threats from Anita when she was in Utah wasn't from #gamergate but from some journalist on Brazil who's been doing similar things for a long time?

Halo not only made the genre popular on consoles but almost every game, including Call of Duty series, was modeled after it. Everything from regen health to multiplayer implementation.
reviews in nature are subjective too, because opinion are... Yes, they are opinions: "a view or judgment formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge".
Most violent? I highly doubt that when there is God of War and Mortal Kombat around.
Most sick premise ever in a game? Yes. But I've seen worse in films like, A Serbian Film. Nothing can prepare you for what you'll see there.
what a fast recovery and turn around from the blue shirt guy. lol
But most if not all the time when 2 guys that don't know how to fight the one with bigger mass tends to win. Especially when the fight ends up on the floor, if the big guy gets on top the smaller guy is done. There is a reason why professional fighting is always done by weight after all.
Like Gabe Newell once said: don't ever lie to the internet, they never forget.
This is something Ubisoft should have learnt already unless they want to keep digging and digging even deeper.
lol, that's even cheaper than Netflix ($96 a year). For a year of game streaming I would expect something more like $150-200 a year easily. And that's being extremely generous for this kind of tech. Only $16 a month.
the problem is that people are expecting the subscription to be like Netflix's, like $8 a month. But this streaming tech is much more expensive due to the constant back and forth between the user and server. Because unlike movies, games are completely interactive. And is not just the servers but the HW itself that is necessary to render the games is much more demanding than the one used to play some movie.
So if there is a subscription model you can bet it will be expensi...
it end up being cheaper to just buy the game in many cases, and not to mention the better performance.
kids just like what adults like. Call of Duty for example is a very popular game with children.
the PS3 had 2 pools of memory. 256MB of GDDR3 for the GPU and 256MB for the CPU. Now, if the PS3 only had 256MB for games, according to GamingBolt, that means the system was using only one of the pools. Or maybe 128MB of each pool? (=256MB).
This still makes no sense because the PS3's OS ran on an SPE and using 120MB of XDR that was later on reduced to 50MB. So Sony reduced the OS footprint for what? What is using that XDR memory they freed?
I know all th...
he is not wrong though. Have you never used an emulator to play Nes or Snes games?
The graphics might be 8 bit or 16 bit but when you increase or lower the resolution the pixels can look sharper or more blurry. I mean, why else emulators like Nestopia or SNES9X would have the option of setting up a resolution if it makes no difference?
And what is wrong with the rest of his comment anyway?
The dev is obviously being a hipster and you're ...
how do you even know that? I mean, what system have you ever used where the main memory was of the GDDR type? Because I have never even seen one.
Most if not all audio systems, PC's, consoles, and even Smartphones always have their own specialized chips for audio. That's why I don't believe in what you're saying, because as a programmer, database administrator and computer technician myself what you're saying makes no sense.
And notice tha...
I really do not understand how you people can still trust GamingBolt after all the nonsense and click bait they have published.
Here are proper benchmarks for CPU and GPU by Ubisoft:
