looks awesome but for that price they really shouldn't have plastered their company name on the front of the system. It would be amazing if it wasnt for that enormous ugly irrelevant logo.

to be fair, there may be a billion side missions and whatnot that make it last a lot longer.
Also, maybe thats 2 hours of gameplay without cutscenes. Lets be honest, metal gear has some longggg cutscenes that = more time with the game.
And honestly, when movies release on bluray - especially in 3D - theyre less than 2 hours long and about the same price... its really not that bad and im positive the overall value will be worth it and last me waaaay longer than 2 hours...

its also god damn distracting in the dark, and puts a ridiculous glare on my plasma, forcing me to use the LCD. ...which is fine but, i mean thats not the point lol.
the lack of a music player is the only thing really awful about the ps4. MusicUnlimited is great but the ps4 app randomly stops playing, plays the same library songs on shuffle over and over, and is in maintenance half the time. Not to mention the app takes just long enough to load that picking a new artist mid-game is frustrating...
like its honestly not even excusable, its 2014 lol

On topic though, this article doesnt actually have anything to do with needing next gen consoles in 2013 or not. It's just whining about the launch games and the controllers; and for no real valid reason.
It's just like "Why do we need a touch pad? Why do the triggers need to vibrate? Why did you change the controller at all its been 20 years? Why dont you have more launch games?...
the lego movie videogame would be that too. Though i really liked the game haha
also glad to see the Postal movie didn't make this list. It gets way too much hate considering what it was.
