Sony is also going to give us a window of when we can expect these games as well as the often rumored, Lair demo, Heavenly Sword demo, Killzone 2 Public Beta, and countless others.
I really don't understand why we all have forgotten when Devil May Cry, GTA3, FFX and countless others came out on PS2 literally 1 year from launch on the PS2.
Yes, I am not denying that there is a gap and a big one at that but we are acting like waiting is a big deal we always have do...

Well might as sell it to someone that can appreciate games take time to produce they don't magically make themselves.

I disagree with most of the points that Sony has failed, just because something doesn't take off immediately doesn't mean all hope is lost.
When I start seeing 3rd-party companies dropping off support completely will be the days that killed Sony's Playstation brand.

Metal Gear Solid franchise is better in my opinion than Splinter Cell, definitely will be getting MGS4 over Conviction.

Well the environments are HUGE, so it really has to be that fast paced on foot otherwise you are just a sitting duck.
Trust me the speed of the on-foot is just perfect for how big these maps really are.

I would have to agree whole hearted, when I purchased my PS3 back in January ran into this very thing and I didn't ask anyone's opinion just wanted what I came in there for.
Sad thing is they in all actuality they lost a sale(returned it the next morning and bought it from Wal-Mart) and they acted like it wasn't a big deal to them, so guess money isn't either.
This promotional should help kick start a better opinion of the actual product in which they sell.

P.S. - Both titles are multi-platform, but the devs for 2 Days...said that they like Blu-Ray because they can fit more stuff on the disc that they want in the game.
