when Sony first released the Dual Shock on the PSone...Xbox customers were mad when they released Controller S for the Xbox...
Now we're really stretching this nonsense...
@mp
PS2 for 10 years, same as the PS3 just FYI
@mp
any X360 owner using VGA Cable or getting X360 Elite and using the HDMI cable. Still very limiting to "everyone" that owns current systems.
@mp
Are you retarded or something? That's the lamest "nickname" to call someone.
@mp
Mwhaha, Sony is starting to fight back with a vengeance
@mp
carry on.
@mp
....will be when you wake up from the dream you are in. The white engine is made for the PS3 and the Unreal 3 engine that Square-Enix has picked up also is made for X360...figure it out, you will need both systems if you want Final Fantasy XIII and Mass Effect.
Bashing fanboys is well and fine but if you sound like a fanboy, I will bash you, we play games not stocks with companies.
@mp
I guess the news just can't let go, let's get some pics of X360 sitting on shelves too while we are at it.
@mp
Not everyone:
A)Bought the PS3 for gaming
B)Have high-speed internet
C)Don't have clue on setting that up
@mp
ME, you, and the rest of the gaming world!
If you can't afford two or three then at least be happy with the one you have!
Let's all be fanboys/fangirls of GAMES rather than systems, because the games are what we play, right?
@mp
Microsoft, Nintendo, Sony aren't going anywhere, believe me they have TONS of money each.
I am completely sold on it!
It's freakin' over when this game hits, doors and windows getting locked.
@mp
in my opinion Sony seems to be heading the right direction because we don't necessarily have to move to "next-gen" until we want to. However I didn't think that Microsoft should have just slapped all those who bought the Xbox before X360 with the fact they aren't getting anymore "new" games.
I have never agreed with Microsoft's business decision, period, but do enjoy the X360 and will never deny that they are offering a lot to the gaming industry however som...
I surly hope you aren't siding with Microsoft, whom dropped the Xbox like a ton of bricks in 4 years of life. Sony is stating that they won't drop support of the unit, that means by the 9th year Sony will still have the PS3 on store shelves even if the PS4 is out. They also said 10 years for the PS2, which so far it has been almost 7 years come Oct.
Don't get me wrong, I have both PS3 and X360 because I am a "true" gamer and if I couldn't afford either one then I wo...
the games will come...it always takes time getting used to new hardware especially when it's "different" then the usually o' stuff. Sony and Microsoft are both in a great position to offer us the best gaming experience this gen, let all of us as gamers embrace it.
@mp
Smellslikepie for getting that out there, because I was going to let him know that he needed to watch that video again, they are VERY different items which means that we are getting more stuff to play with this go around in the Halo universe.
Well I own both the PS3 and X360 so I will be definately picking it up on the PS3 because of the controller, I still don't like the "Xbox" style controls. But I use them if I have no choice, for Gears, Halo, etc...
@mp
But I would say "mainly" Halo 3, it's the biggest game they have and for very good reason. It's a system seller that was proof when Halo was a launch title for Xbox.
Reason why most of the current Xbox users haven't jumped on X360 is because of the wait for Halo 3, believe that this will be bigger than GTA 3 was during the PS2's early years.
Regardless of what they say this will push X360s out the door faster than anything coming out this year for X360....
Just 3 more LONG months and E3 will be all that you would expect and more. July 11 – 13, 2007 can't get here any sooner.
@mp
Everyday I get more and more excited about E3 and all three companies flexing the big guns at the show. This again solidifies it for me.
Just trimming the fat to tweak operations, nothing new here.
