Any chances that the stock may have split maybe several times since then? I don't know if thats the case but it is very common.

They lure them in with a sale on an item that they break even on (or even lose money on in some cases) and then stick it to them on the accessories like hdmi cables and controllers and games etc..
Thats the way it is with most electronics in big box retail stores. You may be getting a printer at cost but you better believe they made 1000% on the cable or print cartridges or the warranty you bought with it.

I'm with you guys. It sucks to have to switch between the two for this. GH is really the last game I have been playing on the PS2. When's the 80's version coming out? Whats it called? I am really surprised they haven't jumped on this sooner for the PS3. Imagine the micro transaction possibilities :). They are going to have song packs for the 360 version so I might end up getting that version too. I could see myself dumping another hundred dollars easy on song packs if they are good.
I thought they wanted to put it in but were having technical problems with it. I don't know.. Maybe I dreamed that or something. :P Anyway, split screen is a must in my eyes even though it is already a great game.

Sorry spud, it's the same thing. It's just a relative compairison. The same holds true for both. It is ideal to have supply on hand for a product you are trying to sell. Isnt it? Compair it to automobiles then if you like. You certainly would need to consult your banker on that one right? When I go to the Toyota dealership and see 300 cars on the lot am I to assume that Toyota is in trouble? Think before you throw the fruit cliche out there.
