All the signs point to them re-releasing msg4 as a special edition a la MGS1, 2, 3.
Heck they've done it with all the others why wouldn't they do it now?

Yeah i didn't realize the controller port trick until after i beat the game, i cant remember how i did it i was only 10 or something at the time.

Metal Gear Solid is my favorite gaming series of all time.
Aside from the gripping story and superb gameplay the thing that stands out for me is that it seems obvious that its always a game made with love, as cliche as it sounds.
The trademark series humor, all the secrets, easter eggs and in jokes the series had. All the times the 4th wall was almost completely breached.

As well as a PS3 Slim at a reduced price then sony would really dominate the holiday season. I know every time a big exclusive comes up people shout SYSTEM SELLER but this is a title that actually has to the potential to move units.
This would be the biggest selling game on ps3 yet, slightly more than GTA4 i would assume as its in the holiday season versus april.
Even if there was no ps3 slim or price cut it would still sell record amounts of software and a moderate ...
DLC has done more bad than good for the industry.
Anything that would have been DLC would have been on the disc in the ps2 days or added all up and sold as an expansion.
Costumes do not qualify a price, if anything they should be unlockables.
I'm not sure I'd put Uncharted 2 down for 4-5 mil.
Uncharted 1 stands at about 2m so id think more along the lines of 3m for the sequel, assuming it turns out as good as the orginal.
Don't forget resistance and motorstorm both hit over 3 mil and their sequels haven't hit that combined.

I understand, but i actually had no mention of any sony games, and actually picked out Alan Wake and Halo Reach specifically as no one as far as i know has played them.
Mass Effect 2 and Crackdown 2 are sequels to acclaimed new IPs so i do assume they will at least be worth something.
