A price cut 3 months into a consoles life sure looks like desperation to me, again M$ try and deny what everyone already knows, they are being thrashed by the competition and they have no choice.

Back in the day this guy had talent and I always looked forward to the games he created, unfortunately that was in the old Amiga days and he has nowhere near the same drive or creativity he once had.
Teams like Naughty Dog have risen to the top. Molyneux is old hat now living on past glories with his best days sadly long gone.

You know this was a thought I had, have no idea if it's true or even possible but what a great game to showcase VR, even without goggles it looks immersive,

To be fair to M$ arika, the xone will never be a big seller in Japan, it might make more sense to save the money they would use trying to promote it their and use it in America which it is also struggling in.
Either way Japanese developers will be developing for the PS4, even if M$ try in Japan such small numbers will still probably mean developers turn their back on it, unless M$ is prepared to pour even more money into Japan and fund developement, but with such small number...
There does seem little point in releasing the xone in Japan, it will never compete with the PS4 there, it's struggling to compete with the PS4 anywhere, the PS4 will dominate in Japan and garner support from Japanese game makers because of it, great time to be a PS4 owner.
I think, in fact I'm sure over time the PS4 will be able to handle 1080p and 60 fps for games like Infamous, the developers of both systems will squeeze a lot more from them in the future, it will be up to developers how they use that power but I would back the PS4 especially to allow all sorts of possibilities, including 1080p and 60fps.
I have been saying for a while that if the PS4 continues to dominate 3rd party developers may think twice about developing for the oxone, some people just refuse to see whats staring them in the face, if M$ can't turn things around this will become more and more common.

In a console war 3rd party games will always make up the major percentage of games available, the fact 3rd party games are performing so much better on the PS4 is a distinct advantage and will be an important factor in the PS4's success both in the short and long term.
@XB1_PS4 : Amiga they're not disagreeing with you on the point that the ps4 is more powerful. They're disagreeing because you're saying xone fans think that the xone is faster...

Consoles are not cheap games are not cheap is it so much to ask for the best possible game running to best possible specs,
Give me fun yes but I want my fun at 1080p if given the choice, with the PS4 I have that choice.
