I'm sure it and more can be done on a PC too but he is talking about the PS4 and as you say not bad for a $400 console, I left PC gaming when the PS3 came out the reason consoles are just easier and less hassle.

Who doesn't like Dark Souls? there can't be many and free to play can't be bad, if I like the game I won't mind spending some money supporting the dev on this game as a normal game would cost £60 anyway, the game (it certainly sounds intriguing) seems like a win for PS4 gamers to me.

A racing game is a terrible genre to judge a consoles power because it is the easiest sort of game to do 1080p and 60fps in, the cars are the only real eye candy in the game but it is the background thats moving creating the illusion of movement and it was severly downgraded to achieve it,the cars barely move so can have much better detail.

The funny thing is you forgot to mention that to access Netflix on xone you NEED to be signed up to live, on the PS4 Netflix isn't hidden behind a paywall.
