Well, some countries may achieve that kind of speed, but for cloud to replace hardware, that kind of speed should be globaly widespread which I don't see happening in given time frame.
No mate, read my post carefully. I said UHD will be coming for PS5/Xbox4 generation. That's next, next generation from now.
Cloud gaming will exist in its current margins, but it has no potential of replacing current systems any time soon (and by that I mean a minimum of 15 - 20 years).
While it's too early for PS4/Xbox3 gen to become cloud based, there will be even less chance of PS5/Box4 being cloud based, because they will deliver UHD resolution. So unless someone come up with a internet speed that can carry 33 Megapixel video in less than a second, we're up for hardware based gaming fo...
