Um, yeah, that's how it works. Lots of game engines can be traced back to a decade ago, even though at this point there is 0 old code in them...
7 out of 10 for a full priced game that has no campaign, no zombies, tiny rehashed maps from two years ago, missing features like killstreaks, only 4 on 4 in multiplayer, glitches galore, and shouldn't cost more than $20? OKAY. Deserves no more than a 5.
I duno man...I don't have a Vita. I just thought it was funny. And I don't think the console versions got any perfect scores. Plus, the console versions don't have tiny maps and only 4 on 4 gameplay, and missing features and options. Zombies, campaign, killstreaks, maps, etc etc. Not to mention full price for a Vita game, even though it's just Black Ops 1...this game should have been $20 new. You can't defend that.

How about maps that don't look like an explosion of color? I loved the way COD4 maps were dark, desolate and grim. How about shotguns that don't shoot yellow rods out of them or can be silenced, like in COD4. No silenced snipers. How about when people turn around, they don't rotate without moving their feet like they're on a turntable? How about prone position that doesn't turn on a central axis when you aim left or right? How about movements like there's actually some...
