-Season pass's
-Paid DLC
-Ripping content from disk to release as paid DLC
-Disk locking content and charging for it to be used
-Price gouging on games that are available on other platforms (in some case 500% or more)
-Bi annual releases of their AAA titles, leading to worse and w...

That service is already 5 yrs old and it hasn't changed anything for xbox, still last place on everything, market share, software, hardware and most importantly, last in popularity around the planet.
