Very, very unlikely. That's the kind of bombshell you only hear about at E3.
Lol, if you took those first two sentences on their own it would have a entirely different meaning.
The new ones look a little lame, in particular the ones that are basically just skeletons.
That stuff is great in moderation, but I hear if you drink too much too often you crash pretty hard when it wears off.
I'm curious about how he even managed this, I think most people would feel a slight dying sensation by the third day.
This guy is Darwin Award waiting to happen.
Neither, the correct answer is personal stupidity.
I remember being really interested in it until they said it would be free to play, that killed it for me.
But do they mean new collections, or previous collections bundled together like these games?
This was posted yesterday, so technically we'll hear about this today. Here's hoping it's a localisation announcement!
Quit putting words in my mouth, by "write them badly" I mean write them as one dimensional stereotypes with no personality traits other than being gay.
Purest? Why? Because of all the long, drawn out conversations that undermined the fact that this is a game and not a freaking novel?
I'm not talking about "special treatment", I mean don't write gay characters badly. Hell, don't write badly, period.
Personally I think if you're going to do it, do it right. Dealing with homosexuality in a poorly written way in your game is probably worse than not mentioning it at all.
I guess saying "I care about trophies and achievements too much" wouldn't have had as much impact.
You're right though, this is a personal thing.
If I was organising this I'd be worried that some fundamentalist group would show up just to troll everyone.
I hope the author enjoyed his moment in the sun, because with a dime a dozen article like this we won't be seeing his site on the front page again.
Good God, what is wrong with everyone all of a sudden? Did they think I was being sarcastic? If so I can only apologize, I was not.
Edit: Screw it, there is clearly a wave of fanboys doing the rounds right now, down voting anything that praises anything other than their precious console of choice. I'll come back in a few weeks once the roaches have been stepped on.
Nintendo have some of the best PR men in the business too, they advertised cleverly enough to make a massive profit -even during the recession!
Not if it negatively impacts the rest of the game. To be honest it's Mario, we aren't expecting a grand sweeping narrative.
It doesn't seem like a big enough event for this kind of thing. Maybe that's the point though, to suddenly create a massive amount of conversation by making a shock announcement.
