So the PS Eye web cam (what ever it's called) had an infrared projector, 3D RGB camera, depth sensor, multi-array microphone, full-body 3D motion capture, facial recognition and voice recognition capabilities?

That's like saying "Why Sony will never have a Gears game?" and then writing 5 articles/blogs/forum post about the same thing.
Sony went from a 125 million PS2 install base to 70 million PS3. Nintendo and MS took the rest of the PS2 market share, but somehow you guys call it a success. An Olympic runner who gets the gold one year then comes back to lose isn't successful. They still have yet to surpass the 360, that's why Sony only says "maybe" and "possibly" and not confirmed.
You forgot SOCOM, there are like 10 of those and just as many GT games.

On topic: Google and Motorola look like chumps because of this. These frivolous claims tie up the courts and cost money. There are better things for the courts to do.
First one was better imo and twice as long. Still a great game though and deserves some of the high scores, but it's not a 10. Just a tad overrated, a tad.
