Numbers are important to Sony fans, I get PM's every day listing the sales of the PS3 from 2006 to 2010. They also send list of every PS3 game with a meta score above 8. Sony fans only say "they don't care about numbers" when they show the PS3 down. Just wait until the VG world charts and watch them all change tunes. Numbers don't mean anything until the end of the year.

PS3 did well at the start of last year but still ended up coming in behind the 360 world wide at the end. Point is counting yearly sales in may is just... dumb.
MS hasn't had a price drop in 3 years and is still beating the PS3 in console sales, game sales, and online users. How many price drops has the PS3 had? MS, Sony, or Nintendo aren't desperate, but you sure are.
