The 30fps with low FOV can make people sick. The game looks great but FP at 30 isn't good.
The FOV appears to be around 55-60. That's what gives the tunnel vision look. They should have expanded it if they were going for 30fps.
Destiny 2 does actually LOOK better but the problem is you HAVE to put the 2 side by side. The textures are better, the bump mapping is more improved, lighting tweaks.
But because the art style is exactly the same it looks like an expansion.
A better comparison would be halo 1 - 2. While it looks very different it still looks like halo.
Apparently the PC version plays better due to the uncapped frame rate and rebalancing due to KBM. Pc beta starts next month so I'll check it out.
Wasn't too big on the PS4 version. 30fps in shooters kind of give me a headache now when they have a low FOV.
It seems to be the kind of people that need to be constantly shooting, dying and respawning.
I for one am glad I bought this game well before it sold 1 million. Following it as it grows is truly exciting. Every time they add something new and optimize it a little more I just pop back in with my friends. I've never felt bored even when nothing is happening. It's so much fun just TRYING to make it to the final circle.
Just buy it if you like tactical games with friends. It has so many styles.
You can jump out right away for an all out brawl or you can wait and jump in the middle of no where and take your time checking surroundings.
There's always tension because at any second you can get a bullet to the head and have to start over
Um. That's coming? It's been clear. They have a roadmap that they've stuck to. It has destructible objects. The next patch is addressing performance.
Oh wait. You're one of those people that doesn't know what early access is NOR do you take into account it's an indie game for $29.99

The Xbox version doesn't have terraforming tools? It's like a basic feature on the pc version

They have way less MP oriented games. Less than half what PS has actually.

No the hate was AFTER destiny launched because the game we got was not the game they promised. It was one of the most disappointing games in my entire life.
Played each thing once. Got bored. Feels exactly the same as the first. No difference.
Atleast halo 2 from halo 1 added hijacking and dual wielding. This added...powers that are reskins

It has a lot of low res textures. Yes it does look fantastic but there's always room for improvement.
