100% not true. Nearly every single trailer that had dropped convinced many people of what the game was supposed to be like. So many people preordered. They were duped by those trailers.
Not everyone reads every article or review for a product. Someone who doesn't would be the people being fooled by misleading trailers for a game that never had the content from the trailers in the game.

Resolution doesn't make graphics better. It's makes it clearer. That's it. That's all it does.

Power only matters if you use it correctly. Seems MS doesn't think that. 4k means crap all if performance is still bad. 30fps is bad. That goes for Sony too.
