There's tons of comparison there and kz3 has some o the blurriest textures possible. It's "art style" also mimics that of gears or war an pretty much every other modern game. They're great games but not the best looking shooter...
I'm 100% positive it won't. Especially with rumored specs. It takes a 2k$ PC to run bf3 in 4k at 24fps. No way a console will do that.
