Nope. Not true. I have a system running 8.1 and a system running 10. Next to no difference. Maybe an extra frame or 2 occasionally but a lot of the time 11 runs better.

If the x1x had a stronger CPU (even an entry level i5) it would be a HUGE upgrade for the console. The jaguar is a tablet CPU. It being clocked at 2.2ghz is pretty low. My laptop CPU is clocked at 3.5 and my desktop at 4.9.

The average system update for the PS4 is over 30 minutes. The average PATCH takes over 1 hour.
