the online play should be free (since it is only P2P based and they don't have to buy dedicated servers...), because they are taking some experience from the game itself from the people, that have no idea they have to pay to play online... if a company is forcing people to pay for a part of a game, that is everywhere else free (except MMORPGs), than something is very wrong. What's next? Pay for changing the difficulty level? For everytime you turn on your console? For changing your nickname/g...

i was hoping, that they fix the horrible analog stick sensitivity from the sixaxis, which is also why many people are saying it isn't good for fps games (i played COD4 on my Xbox360 and also on my PS3, and the difference is quite big with the same settings in the game). Or they could implement at least some special settings in XMB for the analog stick acceleration...
yeah the wallhugging was necessary during the harder missions, but sometimes you just can't avoid the battle. I am playing it on hard difficulty now for the second time and i stopped at the mission 9-3-5, because of one of such unavoidable battles - the opponents are just extremely hard even with almost the best equipment...

i really don't care anymore if this was the demo or not, there are too many fake and overhyped stories nowadays... all i know from the feeling of this presentation video is that it was only a demo from demoscene how the people know it, this has nothing to do with some game, i was really shocked when i saw the Santa Monica logo at the beginning.
If you have an average/not too old PC, try these two demos - http://www.scene.org/file.p... and http://www.scene.org/file.p... . I found them much better than Linger in Shadows, also the artistic style and logic are on a higher level.
hmmm the demo wasn't so phenomenal like the reporters described it, pure hype, and why they compared it to MGS4 or Crysis is beyond me...
have you watched the whole video??? in about the 3/4 of the video you can see the Sentinel animation which was seen on the screenshots.

i like Yu-gi-oh, but i don't love this ;) its just way too simple/not many combinations compared to Yu-gi-oh...
seeing it as a gamer DLC should be free, because those addons+maps+mods are free on the PC (fan made stuff, that is sometimes even better, than the commercial DLC), but since the DLC is made by the developers, they automatically think of profit...
