thx and bubbles back to ya ;) I never commented on a Alan Wake article before, cause i saw all the xbox fanboys trying to attack anyone, who had another opinion on the game. (they are looking at Alan Wake as somekind of saviour...) But this is getting ridiculous, all the videos i saw were with the same gameplay and we can only hope, that they didn't show everything, cause it would be a really shallow game with the same gameplay formula...
@GR8 1 you probably didn't see any UC2 or GOW3 footage (and definitely never played those games)...
and why are people so hyped about this game?? all i see is the same gameplay in the darkness, repeating the same moves with the flare, or killing the enemies with flashlight + handgun. Except that, there are only some scripted events taking place... if this are the only gameplay elements in the game, than it is pretty weak... but i guess this game will be played mostly because of t...
also darkness in xbox360 games is great for hiding those pesky texture popups in the distance ;)
i'm playing the xbox version right now, and even if i have selected 1080p output resolution on my xbox360, the aliasing is horrible... and the videos sometimes are blurry and pixelated (they just had to use less videobitrate to fit the videos on 3 DVDs) :(
is this somekind of a new score system, where Heavy Rain would get 20/10, and 10/10 here means what would be in normal reviews 0/10? :D but i get it, it's like the crappy cheesy movies, which gained cult status, because they are so bad :)
"like i said blue ray is needed for cgi not gameplay", that's why they had to cut some levels from Lost Planet 2... and there are probably other games, but this time the developer had the balls to tell it out loud, and that means, that they had to cut alot from the game, otherwise they would keep quiet and would enjoy all the MS money...

wow i wonder if they ever add the option "don't put me in an already running game" , because people enjoy soooo much when they start to play a game, with loosing score difference of 2-3000 :D
i have almost finished the game (xbox360 version) and i don't recommend it to the gamers, that already played the GOW series, cause it is such a rip off and sometimes it is also an insult when it would be compared to GOW, the biggest fail in Dantes Inferno is - there is only one weapon!!!! the combos have not such impact like in GOW, where you know which combo to use on which opponent... level design is sometimes horrible and you will fall to your death many times (is it lava or pits) because...
its a damn shame that Dante has just the one weapon... goodbye weapon changing strategy fights, hello dull button mashing :(
that was exactly my case too, after i watched the international trailer i started to like the song somehow...
i would say the xbox fanboys, they just have to love EDGE :D just like they like all the companies, that are taking the MS bribe money to push the review scores...
