yeah the tentacle animation should only show from time to time, not always... but i found the game pretty good overall.
just play some God of war and you will also hate, that you can't go to block or dodge from every action like here... i'm lvl 21, and yeah the damage i receive is small so i feel like a god :D , but the combat is still annoying when 3-4 enemies pound you to a corner and you can't even dodge properly... i played too much RPGs and action hacknslash games to say this game got both right.
i would give it also a 7/10, too much running through landscapes, the battles are kinda flawed, hard to distinguishable characters, but it's an ok action RPG, they should try to make a sequel where they would iron out the flawes.

pretty much... i have like 20 hours in the game and the combat is sometimes really annoying thx to the enemies hitting on you from every side at once interrupting your every move (yeah there is an ability to ignore hits, but it comes with the price of lowered armor), this is normally fixed in other games by not allowing every enemy to attack you at the same time... and you can't do block or evade if you are doing some attack, which would help to make the fights more dynamic, now you just ...

gotta have to agree, although i get bored pretty quickly with this game unlike with Skyrim, which i can play for hours and still be entertained :) maybe it's the more detailed Skyrim world, which looks like it's really living and here the world seems kinda bland, the characters have no "character" :D and have yet to see a level where i would say oooooo with my mouth opened :o ...
if there were more than two bullets on the pic i would say Bulletstorm 2 :D but i also hope for Black 2 :)
that is more probable... but what i fear is more casual games concentration in the future, which would destroy the gaming industry as we know/knew it...

the game will be probably even worse than RE5 was, so why should people care really... but nice to see MS got one exclusive "something" for a looong time :)
bravo, someone looked beyond the hype ;) devs are generally lazy and you could say dumb these days... really copying bugs from last games is saying a lot about the developer...
hopefully it fixes (PC version):
- jet game crashing (isn't depending on HW or drivers)
- spawning on vehicles (the spawning on jets is really annoying)
- random suicides with air vehicles (probably when firing rocket it hits your own vehicle)
- jumping over obstacles (why it sometimes needs 3 times to jump over something is a mystery to me...)
- No TK when you are a pilot in heli and someone rammes you
- TV missile hit detection is still ho...
oh pls don't go the casual way...
