also Battlefield 1942/DC/BF2 veteran, since the latest patch BF3 is no Battlefield anymore :( DICE have hit a new low and will probably stay there.
well that is really hard to believe since all the veteran BF players are boycotting DICE cause of the crappy patch...
congrats, you are one of the maybe 5% of people, that likes the patch, probably didn't play BF games before right?... but if you didn't spot the broken hit detection on players and massive lags, then your opinion is rather totally irrelevant :)
too little too late DICE, just look at the battlelog in the latest patch comments section (at this time there are 16551 comments, from which are 90% negative), almost everonye wants some DICE heads rolling for this mess what you did with BF3...
as a oldschool JRPGer myself i just have to agree... the todays JRPGs are so lame and dull :( still waiting for some good old turnbase JRPG to be released :/

well probably 80% of BF3 players are through with the game because of the patch... back to BF2 :)
just read all the negative comments on the battlelog concerning their latest patch, they messed up the whole game, people are getting really pi$$ed with DICE and i hope someone will sue them properly for this.
i feel bad for you xbox gamers, cause you will witness too how DICE destroyed a game with just one patch...
just like the whole game after the latest patch... BF2 - no problems with battlerecorder and had commander mode, time moved on, but DICE went backwards with their programming and testing "skills"...
oh i played it :( the patch messed up hit boxes on players if you don't know yet... but just look at the 90% negative comments on the battlelog, yeah all of them don't know how to PLAY IT!...
i loled yesterday so much when reading all the negative comments on the battlelog, the patch showed just how DICE can fck up things more and more without properly testing it, to me DICE is now in the noob developer category, hope you will close down soon, thx for ruining BF... starting good old BF2 :P
the patch made the game horrible IMHO, i don't know why they degraded the missile graphics/effects on jets and helis cause now you can't see where they exactly fly/hit...
i think it's the worst of the series, uninstalled it after the ice levels...
