The gameplay aspects and exclusives do not change much from a $600 to a $1100.
PC can't do optimized games for the life of it.
According to the footage, they better improve that anti-aliasing, because it was horrible, even at dark environments. For a 30fps game , it shouldn't be that awful.

It's a business decision. Simple economics. You can also do some economics on your side.
You do not want the game on old gen, do not buy it.

The thing that some people do not understand (mostly PC gamers), is that this is NOT about how it feels to play 30 vs 60 fps.
It's about 30 fps with better graphics vs 60 fps with lower graphics. Yes, 60 fps is Awesome BUT the opportunity cost of having 60 fps on Consoles is lower graphical fidelity.
Some people (including me) think that STABLE 30 fps is fine in most cases (depends on the game), therefore it is not worth it, to loose graphical fidelity to get 60 f...

Why do people always compare PC version to consoles. Console version, you can't change the settings. PC version they always show the highest settings.
Black ops 1 was not futuristic.
