COD games have never really been known for their visuals. COD4 was certainly no exception to that, it moves fluidly but when you stop and look around it looks like poo. Backgrounds were :X

Totally man, COD has become a total noob fest. Now they have perks for death streaks to make it even more noob friendly. I prefer a good skill based FPS like CS or CSS. All players should be balanced.

Well, when you have a history of PC gaming then you would have friends from all over the world as well as locally, like I do, to play with. PC gaming still owns in that regard, since I've been playing games online with the same people for like 12 years.

I wish DICE would just make BF3 for the PC already. BF2 is still one of, if not THE best multiplayer game out there and its almost 5 years old.

What am I missing? This does not look "amazing" or like a "GOTY" contender. I skimmed through the videos, what stands out for you guys? Looks like more of the same to me, and it looks a little dated when it comes to the combat and animations. Just my opinion. By all means, enlighten me.
Looking at those two videos they have at the end, the animation in Conviction looks like a PS2 game after watching the Uncharted video. Conviction will be a good game no doubt, but some of the things that you can do with the PS3 hardware really put some exclusives like Uncharted in a whole other league.
