I never played the PS3 version, already have my PS4 copy pre-ordered and paid off....been a tomb raider fan since the original on PS1.
Nope their not, Creative Assembly is making this game.....yet people still want to compare this game to Aliens Colonial Marines.

This game is going to be awesome, will be a day one purchase for me.
Trying to survive with no weapons knowing an Alien is hunting you down and can sense you by smell movement and vision....all while trying to find the flight recorder to find out what happened to Ripley is a task within itself.
If that isn't survival horror I don't know what is.

The only thing MS will gain is simply the knowledge of the fact that the demand for the Xbox one isn't that high in demand compared to the PS4, and also knowing you can walk into any store seeing plenty of Xbox consoles on the shelves collecting dust.

Gearbox made Aliens Colonial Marines and Creative Assembly is making Aliens Isolation, 2 different companies 2 different games......ACM was more action and shooting and they did mess up the storyline, whereas AI is more about survival and staying alive knowing there's a single Alien hunting you down and the storyline is different, new and refreshing.
Agreed.....with only 1 Alien hunting you down it really intensifies the tension in trying to stay alive knowing that the Alien can jump out at you at anytime.
You never know, the game is releasing in 4th qtr of this year and just might be a Halloween release....we can only hope.

Gearbox is no reflection on Creative Assembly, plus the storyline in Alien Isolation is 100x better than Aliens Colonial Marines.

Ripley's daughter died from cancer 2 months or 2 years (can't remember which) before the deep salvage team found her in space, at the end of the 1st Alien movie her daughter was 11 yrs old at that...

Cool vid on the description how to survive the alien, seeing how the alien can sense you by movement smell and vision this makes this game true survival horror.
This is great news, finally i'll be able to continue my fighting game fix with StreetFighter 4 on PS4.
Good move by the game developers to go back to the roots of the original Alien movie, where you have to survive with little to no firepower while searching Ripley's flight recorder in the process. I know gamers were pissed with how Alien: Colonial Marines turned out (it was still a good game but could been better storywise etc..) and i believe this game will make up for it in every way possible, can't get any better when your trying to stay alive when you have limited ammo to start wi...
It's a showdown between you and the Alien, you have no weapons to fight the Alien off....just your wits and intelligence on making the right moves to stay alive and survive as you try and find the flight recorder to explain her disappearance.....all the while not to alert the Alien while it's hunting you by vision smell and noise.
