The single player/co-op (PvE) was just simply AMAZING and worth the $60 price tag. The multiplayer (PvP) however was super generic and had players already exploiting imbalances in the game (eg; COD)
Destiny will be a love hate phenomenon....on one hand, you'll have the engrossing single player/co-op game that will challenge and encourage even strangers to work together. If you haven't tried the alpha, you're in for a HUGE experience!

Absolutely loved the single player and co-op games!!!!!
But, the Multiplayer was just an average Halo clone. If you're a Halo fan and don't like change...then the Multiplayer is for you. But if you wanted to see something different you'll be left scratching your head. Also, waiting about 5-6 minutes between matches is really annoying.

The guy in the video was using the VenomX reciver/transmitter with the VenomX mouse. I just got the VEnomX today and THANK GOD! You can either use the VenomX mouse and wand(similar to the nunchuk) or add your own mouse or keyboard or controller.
With the tweeks you an do with the VenomX software, you'll freak.

Just curious if you even read the article. The game servers they're shutting down are for much older games (mostly on PC and a few older console versions) that if you tried to play; you'd be lucky to find even 1 or 2 people playing on a server. Keeping those servers active when VERY few people even play on costs a lot of $$$$$.

The Disney brand sells; as does Star Wars (look how much money Episodes 1-3 made; however, the majority of people agreed they sucked). People were buying Infinity for the toys as collectibles, not for the game. The toys themselves are high quality and feature detailed, attractive paint jobs; a collectors wet dream. There are numerous articles on line explaining how collectors snatched up the infinity figures and disc packs....also, check out Ebay.

They're really pushing Marvel because Infinity was not the new "Skylanders" they'd hope it be. With "Trap-Team" coming out around the same time, they're hoping this pushes Infinity over.
