I really wanted this game to play and look the way it did when first released....ugh.
Hopefully, the final build for the PSVR will not have that "looking through binoculars" vision field where you see the sides of the device....that takes away the immersion big time.
What the consensus is that I've been reading from everyone playing the Beta; it's a decedent game, but shooting the enemy a bunch of times just to take them down is frustrating..
I just upgraded to an Intel® Core™ i7-6700K and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980Ti (not to mention upping the memory).
We'll see if it's worth the hype.

I happened to try the Oculus several months ago and was blown away by it. You're absolutely immersed into the game you're playing; wherein the cheaper VR gears/cardboard headsets with your phone, you see the sides of the device....making it seem like you're looking through binoculars.
Is Oculus horribly expensive?....f*ck yes. If owned, will you be completely immersed into a virtual world?....f*ck yes. The only thing I can compare the Oculus to is like when you...
I only pre-ordered it because I convinced my wife that it will help us clean the house.

The initial reveal of this game reminds of the Killzone 2 "gameplay" reveal back in the day.

I've been fortunate each time I've played, my team all worked together...and majority of the time, they all used their mics!
There's nothing cooler than using your surround sound headsets and hearing the attackers scaling the exterior walls, running around on the roof or breaking down barricades as you wait for the inevitable assault with your teammates!

Now if he gave it a 2 or 3, then he would consider it terrible.
