Try advertising, lol.
Misleading title, lol.
I liked the read, but I doubt Nintendo would care enough for the VGAs.
Yeah, lol.
It's funny how those articles took Iwata's statements out of context.
Woah! Those levels look fun!
The prominence of fanboys this generation is probably one of the ugliest things in the history of video games.
Game over? lol. Do you not see the sales? Nintendo is still on top.
Well how long do you think Sony will take to recuperate their losses? A long time. That's not even happening now.
You haven't even played the game. Judging from the hands-on articles from many publications, it seems like it's worth the $50. NSMBWii might not have the user creation aspect of LBP, but Mario's still got its own charm, tight controls, awesome level designs, catchy music and nostalgic factor.
Also, I look down on "gamers" who "hope" games would bomb simply because it's not to their liking or feel "underwhelmed." Fanboyism FTW? Ah, no.
I believe it's called 'fanboy logic.' lol
Without the casual acquistion, the videogame industry will decline. Every hardcore gamer started off as a casual.
Yeah, lol.
Iwata has high expectations so he's pretty disappointed by the decline in sales. That's not to say that Nintendo lost in any way, it's just they're disappointed they're not doing as well.
Yeah, I'm betting it's StarFox. The thing that hasn't been unveiled is probably multiplayer and/or co-op.
Ruining the game industry? Hah.
If we only had consoles catered for the hardcore, then the video game industry would decline. There's no doubt in regard to that. Nintendo's trying to save it by acquiring casuals, then hopefully turn them into gamers. That was their philosophy with the Wii. It wasn't "let's target casuals," but "let's save the video game industry."
Take a look at the upcoming NSMBWii. The introduction of 'Super Guide' is designed t...
Yes it can.
And it's for the casual and hardcore.
Nintendo only needs to release a few key titles to push sales. NSMBWii, Wii Fit Plus, Mario and Sonic. No matter if they're bad or good titles, one thing is for sure: They sell.
Finding your Xbox 360 with RROD: Priceless
As expected for NSMBWii.
Mario is the king of platformers :)
Nice list of shooters, lol. The title should be '20 Games (mostly FPSs) to Look Foward to in 2010"
Doesn't even include Metroid: Other M and Super Mario Galaxy 2. I'm not a Wii fanboy, but I can at least appreciate that M:OM and SMG2 are AAA titles.
Go for a Falcon Punch :P
