Hopefully it'll be worthwhile this time Capcom.
The casual market drying up? lol. No, the casual market (kids and adults who aren't hardcore) will always be available. The hardcore market would dry up without casuals.
I mean, where do hardcore gamers come from? The casual market.
I don't think it's fair to say "keep opinions to yourself unless they're positive."
So let me get this straight... You would say that games like MadWorld and No More Heroes are geared towards kids? lol.
Oh, don't forget Sexy Poker on WiiWare. ;p
Tears of joy? lol. It's not just about selling consoles, but making a profit from selling consoles. If Sony was selling the PS3 at that price, their market share would definitely go up, but at the cost of their profits.
99%? lol
Yeah, great list. I bet there'll also be a lot of surprises as the year progresses.
Wow you must be rich. :O
To be frank, if people had more money they'd probably buy more games. But that's not the case. People are going to spend their money on games they find best for them. Many consumers probably didn't want this game because of many factors:
- Replayability
- Gameplay
- Cost
- etc.
Exactly! What did they expect with another rail shooter?
Pure gaming? lol. Is that gamer language for "games should only be made for the hardcore audience and must have HD and all that jazz"?
Totally bad move for the industry... the Wii? No. The hardcore market wouldn't have been able to enact industry growth during the global financial crisis if it wasn't for Nintendo and the casual market.
Have a read: http://news.zdnet.com/2100-... ...
Jesse Divinich, who watches the industry for Electronic Entertainment Design and Research, believes that “Nintendo Wii and DS software unit and dollar sales will account for over 50 percent of all games sold in December. Without these sales, the industry would have likely felt the full wrath of the recession” before adding, plainly, that “Simply put, Nintendo saved Christmas.”

Fanboy can't handle the Wii topping the PS3 in terms of sales? lol
If anything, the Wii expanding the market. Sony and Microsoft realised this and are coming out with their own motion controllers. I don't see how that "de-volved" gaming. In fact, one could argue that without the Wii, the videogame market would be in a worse position now.
I don't think there's reason to complain if a few, or even a majority, of the titles slated to be released in January are shovelware. I mean where would you get the money to buy them all let alone get the time to play them.
For me, I'm eagerly waiting for NMH2 and TvC. Those two titles alone are good enough till the next set of highly anticipated games pop up.
It would be cool if they released it on March. MAR10 xD
Watch it for the lulz
Somoene should fire that guy. Doesn't know what he's talking about, lol.
He's basically saying, "Nintendo drags American VG market despite having the top two hardware sales for November." I don't see how Nintendo dragged anyone down.
Sounds like this is going to be a blast to play! Day one!
Nintendo will deliver. Just think of all the innovations they've bought for the gaming industry. I can't wait to see what they have in store next. Hopefully when they announce it, they would've dismissed some of their practices and adopt new ones.
LOL!!! What a dumbass!
lol what?
