They will go ahead and release the North American PS3 version next christmas to the PS3 if it is ready...they will not want to skip the Christmas selling season...that is if the localiztion is done....the Xbox 360 "port" could take more than 6 months...maybe even a year...who knows...
I am only approving this because people have to know that it is going to suck. Guitar Hero World tour will rule..probably even beating rock band 2....

I checked out the Dbox site...it looks like they have a lot of support, its in all the new blurays...and they now have theatre support too. The PS3 and xbox 360 support is just the next logical step. Start saving up..the PS4 and Xbox 720 will have Dbox support built in...along with bluray.....yeah I said it..

Why would any company especially microsoft or EA want to solly distribute their software online? Sure they will save on packaging materials...but remember...games are not going to be DVD9 size in 5 to 10 years...they are going to be 50 to 100 GIGs in 5 to 10 years. How are we going to download a 100 GIG movies or game in a reasonable amount of time even on a 50 GIG pipe with bandwidth caps?
What are the poor people gonna do when they need just 100 GIGs hard drive space for one ...

But gears 1 and 2 can not compare to Resistance 2 and Killzone 2. They are first person shooters on steroids. They are games that Halo 3 wished it could have been.
Gears 2 can only do 10 players (5 vs 5) online.....heck Reistance can do 8 players online in the co-op mode alone. Show me Halo 3 or Gears 2 trying to do 40 players online (Resistance 2) or 60 players online like in Resistance 2? Not gonna happen.

Resistance 1 and 2 are first person shooters like Halo 3 and Killzone 2. There is no comparison.
Resistance 2 will be a 50 Gig game on the bluray disc...Gears 2 can not compare to size no matter how much they compress. Resistance 2 will have 60 player online. Resistance 2 will have 8 player online co-op.
A good upgrade to folding@home. It is amazing that the PS3 is doing folding, music playing, web browsing, showing a live 3D globe with live weather clouds...all at the same time. We all know sony will add more cities. They just wanted to get it out because everbody was tripping about it. The Wii can not do anything close to what the PS3 is doing in life with playstation.
If the PS3 web browser sucks so much...at least it can browse the web unlike some other consoles. What Sony ...
The videos shown 2 years ago are worlds better than anything out now on the Xbox 360 even Fable 2. Plus WKC is gonna be on one disc (bluray) not 4 DVD9 discs...so you sit back and play for hours.
WKC is probably the closes we are gonna get to FF7 JRPG on the PS3 this year and maybe next. They did not hold back on this title...Square will probably hold back FF13 a bit in quality for it to work on the Xbox 360.

The single player and 8 way online co-op of this game are gonna rule. Nobody is doing a 8 player online co-op. Have you guys and girls forgot about this?

Level 5 is an awesome company...and they know North America and Europe wants their games on the PS3...especially white knight chronicles.

They needed to delay it...it was not ready...just like Microsoft Avatars will not be ready...it will be buggy and not work correctly...just like all microsoft software...but that is ok...eventually it will work. Home will be awesome in about 6 months after release. They have the best teams working on it now...(ie teams for the getaway project and some other first party game)
Home just needs content....and a stress test in the beta...which it will get shortly...
