There's a pretty big difference between what Nintendo did(Or still does? I don't keep up with them, but a game like Xenoblade 2 seemed to be A-okay with them now), and what Sony is doing currently.
Both suck, but one is a scummy thing on top of sucking.
Just to be clear, since this might be hard for some readers. Sony is censoring 3rd party games and upholding all Japanese games to a different standard, while Nintendo censored only self published titles.
I ...
You would think California would be a little more open minded, but no.
I wasn't aware Catherine had any underage characters though? (I should be pretty aware of that too, played the crap out of the original.)
The entire time I had PS+ I never received any gifts either.
Just two years ago Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 was perfectly fine for the Asian market, but now it's not?
Now I'm starting to think Catherine is going to get slapped with the censor hammer. If that happens, I'll probably take a "little" break from Sony.
At the moment it's Detroit for me, but unless IOI really mess up, it'll probably end up being Hitman 2.
If this causes Catherine Full Body to get censored, I'm going to freakin' riot.
Weird that Dead or Alive wasn't included. Granted, I think it only has a million more than Virtue Fighter, but still.
Anyone that thought McGregor had any real chance was insane, or just never watched Kebab fight before.
Could we get an X-Men game? Been awhile since we had a good one.
What's up with people confusing publishers and developers? I see it way too often.
Namco owns Xenosaga, but I doubt they'll ever use it beyond cameo stuff. As much as I loved the Xenosaga series, it was pretty much a flop when it came to sales. (I'd be happy to be wrong though.)
Or Iron Patriot, given the way Norman Osborn is being used in the story.
If you're talking about the panorama of the city, that's not a screenshot, or even a leak, that was just animated art used in their business area.
Yes, let that powerful magic internet number keep you and others from enjoying a game.
Anyway, it's my game of the year so far, easily the best game Quantic Dream has ever made.
I must be a super brainless consumer, I haven't even read a review since I was 13, around the time MGS2 came out, and I end up enjoying my games more often than not. (Though I did regret getting Monster Hunter World at full price, but that's the only recent purchase I can think of not enjoying.)
I feel like that was just websites taking select youtube comments, of all things, and running with it for easy clicks. I think more people just hate the overall look and feel the trailer gave off.
Not really surprising they're controlling the narrative, but whatever.
I'll just be avoiding BF5, just like I avoided BF1, and Hardline, pretty soon just that alone will be enough to be labeled a sexist/bigot.
Xenoblade 2 is not even close to Xenogears or Xenosaga, never played Xenoblade 1 or X so maybe it's better than those, but I was pretty disappointed in it. (My fault, haven't played a Monolith game since XS3, didn't know how much they've changed.)
Of course that's just my opinion.
It's a little shocking and worrying how many people seem to be okay with Sony doing whatever they want, because it doesn't effect something they like, yet.
