All that image shows me is that neither console has a ton of must play exclusives yet, plus there's still some cross-gen stuff, not a bad thing mind you, but it doesn't help...
Maybe I'm just getting old, but third party stuff seems to be what I care about more now.
Show me some exclusives on either side that are up to the standard of Witcher 3 or MGSV, or Fallout 4 if that game lives up to the hype.

You do know piracy was far worse on the Xbox 360, right? Even the PS3 and Wii were pretty bad.
Give it some time and the X1 and PS4 will be just as bad.
PS4 already had some real piracy issues in Brazil too.

It's awesome how they were able to give you such a sense of atmosphere back then, but you actually didn't have much to explore.
The iron was hot for a good long while and Valve has since dunked the iron in water.
It's clear Valve has moved on and plans on using HL3 as a free get out of jail card, of sorts, whenever they start to dip financially.
A little touch up to the story will be fine, it'll kind of need it in some areas, but not the whole thing.
It would be cool to see them include nods to Crisis Core, Advent Children, and Dirge of Cerberus somehow.
Honestly though, I think we should be prepared for more of a re-imagining or even a reboot, than a 1:1 remake.
It's dead compared to the 3DS. ~50 million units moved vs ~10 million units moved.
It's about as supported as the Wii U at this point; i.e. it takes a special team to really get a game selling on it.
Don't get me wrong, there's good games for it, but there's no more money in it now.
Microsoft will likely come out guns blazing and they need it.
Sony is probably still sleeping as they rake in the easy money, since there's no need for that to put much effort in.
Nintendo needs a whole new system that has third party support and a whole amazing launch lineup, none of that is happening.
