Even if it was tricky, they did the right thing by making it seem to cost far less than the competition, if it was above $400 for just the basics they'd be shooting themselves in the foot and really hurt their sales. Poor people can buy it one piece at a time and still have the huge screen experience until they add the cam etc. A bundle with everything and a full game won't be more than $499 so it's not a big deal.
Why pay more for accessories at gamestop when the...
I assume it's fine because non-VR games will still play like games on old fashioned flat screens.
You don't get over it and adapt in a few days? Have you tried ginger? It's rare that games do it to me but they can make me feel so bad that I have to stop, no matter how good the game is, but the next day I'm fine.
Yeah. Comfort is a huge deal considering how many hours per day some people will use it. I may be wrong but the other headsets seem uncomfortable with their goggles strapped against your face. I may buy a 2nd VR system in the future, if Sony treats adults like babies by censoring or banning adult content etc, but until then I'm happy with what they're doing so far.
You could knock me over with a frosted flake, you mean if you pay more you can get more!?
I'm getting a big ass bundle including a game etc.
We wants it. PSVR comes first though, and there's already so many games I'm getting for that. I never thought there'd be "too many" games, especially since I have less time to play them :(.
Looks like I should start holding objects in front of me for hours at a time to get ready for all the shooting I'll be doing with the Moves.
So is this the reason they're adding/added a dislike button to facebook? ;)
Do you think that's air you're breathing now?
Do you think this game will be what they use to demo PSVR at local stores or could they put more than one in the same unit?
I don't mind rails as long as it isn't horrible like that free PS Plus game that started out great with the hot pole dancer (Cherry) then turned to meh.
You forgot the *unzips*.
Yes it's dreadful that these miscreants are marketing it this way, with the violence and sex that the majority of gamers enjoy. At least this top heavy game won't fall through the cracks amidst all the competition, because it can't fit through, not with those whoppers.
PSVR for many reasons including being light and comfortable to wear for many hours, plug and play and no burdens with tweaking etc, low price considering the great quality, don't have to buy a new pc, tons of amazing games including "Dreams", great exclusives, possibly sexy games imported from less oppressive countries, etc. Greatness awaits ;).
No, the cam was around $40 today and the Moves are cheaper, I predict a $499 bundle with everything and a full game of your choice. My only concern now is the headphones, does the fancy 3D audio work with the included ear buds or do I need an expensive headset (or even my old DSS2 turtle beach x12).
That's an absurd statement based on reviews etc. Light years beyond absurd.
They can buy the extras now or later which is nice, it was smart of them to make it appear to cost a lot less than the competition. The lower entry price won't scare people off and have people nitpicking everything, and it'll get it off to a great start which is good for everyone. I'm just wondering if I should wait to buy the Move and cam or if they're coming up with an improved version, or even the VR glove I read about (patent or rumor?).
Yes. I keep getting surprised by PSVR news, just a few minutes ago I saw this, I'm glad they're putting the cam etc to good use. https://youtu.be/vWBb1LgtIT...
Not that these people could accomplish anything, but I'd rather they focus on things much more important than video game issues. There is bad S@%# in the real world that needs dealing with, why waste that energy on something that isn't 'real.'
