You can download part of it free, right? If you don't like it at 30fps just delete it, it sucks to have one less game but give it a chance at least. There's always something to complain about but you'll enjoy yourself more if you don't need so much 'perfection'.
I've never played any of these but after reading things like this and hearing that you can play millions of maps from the last one too, I'm going to buy it.
It will be a nice break from running around shooting people in the face, and some of the puzzles might even work out my brain.
"The Evil Within" because it has more of the unknown in it. More than a few monster types, traps, illusions, etc. I'll still get 'alien' if it turns out to be good.
I hate when games have no easy way for you to meet other people with mics that want to work together (like BF4). How hard is it to do something simple like have an option that you check that says "group me with people that want to meet other mic users." Sometimes if not a single squad has a mic user I'll switch teams and give them hell ;).

I'm relatively old but I still like FPS games. I play all kinds of games but I still like gore and craziness, I miss Soldier of Fortune 2 etc.
It's just a game no matter what's in it, if people are concerned about the real world then maybe they should work together to fix the real problems and less time gaming? Yeah that's not as fun...
Sometimes 'games' can be used to help solve real world problems though, like a 'puzzle' game...

I hope they fix the share button annoyances soon, I've been killed and bothered in BF4 because it takes so long for the PS4 to let me push square to save the damn 1 minute clip to my hard drive. Sometimes I have to push share then cancel, share, cancel over and over until finally I get the option to save.

Hey you "sound design" people, I don't like that the 'turbo' sound in some vehicles is so weak that you can't tell if it's on or not by sound alone, especially with all the other noises going on...
