If you thought regular probes were bad wait until the scenery changes before your eyes and a big alien is dragging an enormous probe.
I won't judge until I play both, but I'm waiting for reviews etc for LOTF before I'll buy.

I've noticed that many that give this game extremely bad reviews are usually easily offended. If they want to be a better reviewer when they grow up they should learn to leave their personal beliefs/programing at the door and don't let it influence their reviews.

I hope they devise a way to have hard puzzles and a way to satisfy those that don't want them too hard, with hints etc only if you want that. I've never played a SH but I like its freakish style.
Congratulations humans, this impresses me. I've missed out on all of the 'souls' games so I'm lucky to get this which will look, and hopefully be, even better.

Tips to avoid frustration. Great game but be careful to have multiple copies of your saves if you want to replay a certain part, sometimes it will auto-save a little ahead of where you wanted right on top of your other save :(. And on grounded difficulty DO NOT rely on friendly AI to help you, sometimes they'll even block your retreat and get you killed so prepare to change directions to get around them.
I'll pick this up on sale, they made me wait too long and made some annoying comments about PS4 support (that were allegedly changed later on). Only a game like GTA V can get away with making me wait so long. Hopefully by the time I pick it up everything will be running smoothly, but I will play in SP at first so nothing gets spoiled, I like to figure things out myself.

I don't care about Microsoft or what big red did in the past, this is about people being ok with inequality from a dev that apparently used to have a better reputation.
From their excuse this just seems to be a lazy way to get more publicity, they should've just stuck to making great games and thinking up better ways to market them. They should stop with this 'political BS' and just man up and do it the right way.

At WORST it should only be timed exclusive content, of any kind, so if people want it so badly then later they can order it etc.

I hope you can play as a female, I'd rather look at her instead of a burly man for hours at a time. It might make you care about your character more too.
From other news it appears that there are save points near boss types so you won't have to fight for a long time to get back there only to die over and over again.
I still remember Metroid and Ninja Gaiden from when I was young, great games but I couldn't remember what the final bosses did quickly enough so I'd die way too much after going through hell to get there.
I assume they'll have tougher modes for those that want even more of a challen...
It would be smart of them since there's so much zombie hype already.
I'd love to see their well crafted world filled with zombies, especially if they add some special types.
