If you think that using a set of basic shapes that you can resize, rotate and combine in any way you want is not being able to build your own content, who cares?
Just the thought of building levels for a game before you learn how to play it, shows what a genius you are.
That's UT3 with the 3rd person mutator, not the best way to play it. And the Unreal Tournament gameplay is classic and always the same, some people love it, others dont.
Both UT3 and CoD4 are great, but I also have more friends with CoD4.
To install the mods just put the file in a pen and import inside the game. Google it for details.
