if u still have the bestbuy receipt then u can order it from Amazon and return the new sealed game from Amazon to bestbuy to get your money back. Unlike game systems, u can return game CDs regardless of where u made the purchse to anystore as long as u have the receipt for the same game from that store and the game you are returning is sealed!
