There is no other reason for holding such a massive conference, invite people from across the seas AND LIVE stream the conference worldwide.
If it's NOT PS4 then I am 99% sure it will be Gaiki.
In my opinion, Ratchet and Sly etc should become PSN games rather than Disc based games. Dev costs are pretty high for full fledged games and these games don't sell as much, most likely, to earn a significant profit.
If they are made as PSN based games then cost and sales will be a better margin. I wouldn't mind $19.99 or $29.99 for these games, that is probably why Sony decided to price the new SLY at $39.99 rather than the previous $59.99.

According to market estimates, it's not, it's 3rd. Official Sony numbers have not been released for the public so can't say with 100%.

The advertisement is about GoW:A and it is going to be for Superbowl perhaps aka Game Day.
