The product has to be localized to each country, not an easy task, they have to pass safety inspections and so on... The MSRP is the same, your taxes and protective tariffs are quite higher, blame your government.
The game has been shipped to retailers early, or it sits in a warehouse, in Poland you can get anything early as long as you know a person or two ;) I know cuz I grew up there.
