Dude sales talk end of the day what is Mainstream apparently COD proves that. Judging from the SALES MGS4 and GT5 the 2 games you mentioned are mainstreamed period. Both sold over 5million copies GT5 surpassed Uncharted 2 in a couple of months.

MGS4 was basically the savior for the PS3. Anybody who disagree with that needs to warp back in time to the era where the PS3 didn't have many games or exclusives to push sales.

I don't know why people are in a rush for new consoles. Consoles just became some what affordable lol and now people want new beefed up even more expensive consoles ? I'm quite happy with this generation.

I love Crysis 2 but on the consoles absolutely not. Killzone 3 looks better I won't even debate about it. I've played both the PS3 version and 360 version. Both versions are nice Crysis 2 has good graphics, but in my honest opinion I'm giving it to Killzone 3.

Not really honestly. Socom Confrontation is still one of the most played games on the PSN. Trust me when I say Socom players support the game for years to come. I can't say the same for the masses who hop from 1 game to the next.
There is nothing wrong providing both, but zipper got rid of classic gamemodes which most Socom veterans love like Demolition. You never piss off the people who made your game and supported you from day 1.

I actually enjoyed the Crysis Demo a lot. However I can't lie Killzone 3 trumps Crysis 2 in graphics least on the Ps3 version. Still Crysis 2 is A LOT of fun. I love the aspect of the Nano Suit. I also thought it was amazing seeing how people least most I played with did things as a team.
Unfortunately the Ps3 does run very sluggish and kind of sloppy. I won't be picking this up day 1, however I will be buying Crysis 2 in the future.
