I downloaded 2 updates to this last year that were around 90 GB total. What more could they possibly need to update?
Sadly, Mario Kart and Odyssey are not among them.
I highly doubt it.
Add Koei Tecmo to the list of companies that I will no longer buy their games. Along with EA, Activision, and Bandai Namco.
The extreme pressure from the higher ups is nothing new. I worked for GameStop from 2006-2012 (back when the company was doing well) and there was just as much pressure then too.
Agreed. They have a deep catalog of dormant IPs that they could reinvent for the Switch.
3, No.
Their DLC practices are exactly why I stopped buying the DOA games. If they keep it up I’ll stop buying all games from Koei Tecmo.
Switch version has been delayed due to the coronavirus.
Gods and Monsters looks promising, but otherwise, you are correct.
I certainly wouldn’t mind a Guitar Hero return, but I doubt it since GH Live didn’t do very well.
According to the publisher’s Twitter post, the dev team hasn’t been hit with the coronavirus. Which is good.
Glad to hear this will get a true physical release, hopefully it will be on the cart in its entirety.
Yes, the WWE ones at least. The last good one was 2K14 and the last great one was Here Comes the Pain.
I’ll believe it when I see it.
We’ll get a direct in either January or February and we’ll see what they have planned for 2020.
As long as the games are there and they don’t go crazy on pricing they will be fine.
They have been on mine for most of this year, along with EA, Activision, Ubisoft and Koei Tecmo.
It failed at the profitability analysis. They think it wouldn’t make money.
I would buy it on every system it came out on.
Exactly this. Publishers who already don’t use the 32GB carts won’t make the jump to the 64GB ones and will continue to make users download part of the game.
I miss the days when games released in a completed state.
