The thing about players whining about their "likeness" being used is ridiculous. My team is WVU and say I'm playing last years game, in which Geno Smith would be the quarterback, the in game QB would have the same number as Geno and would be black but that is really where the resemblance ends. The player models in the game all use the same few generic faces. As for the names being used EA doesn't use the names, users have to enter the names themselves.
