Havent bought a digital game that I lost for any of your reasons yet and I have been buying them for 20 years. Even the games that's licenses expired I still have full access to. For example Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1 and 2.
Well when the price is the same as physical its a no brainer that people prefer a game they can sell when they beat it. In a year when Digital Games are less than half the price of physical, then the numbers will change in favor of Digital.
Now if they can only remove the glitched scores and stats in the leaderboards we would be on to something...

20GB PS3 launch console also lacked Wi-Fi and was still $100 more. Atleast Microsoft had a Wi-Fi option with the adapter, the 20GB PS3 console never could be officially wireless.
This proves that the new games lack any substance and they just cant make them like they used to. IMO They should have remade Red\Blue\Green first. Then moved to Gen 2\3\4 remakes.
