Same. Random websites are assuming it will release on PS5, I don't think it will release on their (It'll probably take longer since PC and Xbox Series shares the same Technology). AMD only announced the technology for Xbox Series S | X and PC.

Microsoft already supports 3rd party games, why waste money on funding for exclusive DLCs when you can release 3rd party games on Xbox Game Pass, on day one via Funding

It's a no brainer. If you purchase the Xbox console version, you'll own the PC version as well via Play Anywhere

Microsoft is offering free Azure servers as well

It will be possible to mod it though..
