Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 gets new updates every few months like Swiss Terrain I.e, they've just added Top Gun DLC for free. And if you own the Windows Store version on PC you'll own the Xbox Series version without repurchasing the game again.

Forza Horizon 4, Gears of War 5, State of Decay etc.. Got free updates for next gen consoles.
